Katherine A. Powell

Katherine Powell practices corporate and administrative law, serving a variety of businesses, including telecommunications companies.  She assists with matters relating to contracts drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and real estate transactions. 

Katherine graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing & Rhetoric.  She worked in journalism and as a proofreader at the Texas Legislative Council before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
