Member Attorney Clark Aspy has once again been named as a Texas Super Lawyer in the General Litigation - Austin category, marking his 15th consecutive year receiving this honor. With decades of trial experience across Texas in personal injury, transportation, products liability, eminent domain, construction disputes, business claims, employment discrimination, and real estate litigation, Clark has built a reputation as a trusted and versatile advocate. In addition to his courtroom practice, he is a certified mediator and approved arbitrator, having facilitated hundreds of cases over the past 25 years.

Member Attorney Madison Naylor Preston won her first Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars award in the General Litigation - Austin category, highlighting her outstanding work in civil and commercial litigation. Madison represents clients in matters involving transportation, wrongful death, premises liability, employment disputes, and insurance defense. Known for her strategic case management and ability to tackle complex legal issues, she has successfully defended individuals and companies in both mediation and trial. This Rising Stars honor marks an exciting milestone early in her career.

Member Attorney Mark Altman, based in our Waco office, earned his second award as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars winner in the Personal Injury - Defense category. Mark’s practice focuses on civil litigation and small business matters, strengthened by his service in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, where he worked as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and staff judge advocate. He continues to serve as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserves, bringing a unique depth of discipline and perspective to his legal practice.
