Madison Naylor Preston is a distinguished civil and commercial litigator handling complex cases in transportation, product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance defense, real estate, and construction defect matters. Known for her strategic, results-driven advocacy, she has successfully defended individuals, commercial carriers, and corporate clients in high-stakes litigation, achieving favorable outcomes through mediation and jury trials in both state and federal court.
