Clark Aspy has tried and handled cases in the areas of personal injury/negligence, transportation, products liability, condemnation and eminent domain, construction disputes, DTPA/business claims, premises liability, employment discrimination, and real estate litigation in various courts all around the state. Mr. Aspy is also active in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both as a participant and a facilitator. He is certified as a trained mediator, serving in hundreds of cases over the past 25 years, and is an approved arbitrator for the Western District of Texas.
