Naman Howell Attorneys File Amicus Brief in Supreme Court Election-Law Case

Benson (No. 25-437). While the National Voter Registration Act requires states to make a “reasonable effort” to keep voter lists current, courts have disagreed on how effective those efforts must be, and who has standing to ensure compliance. The Supreme Court’s decision on the current matter could shape election-administration standards nationwide for years to come.
