Krizia Landivar focuses her practice primarily on high exposure matters relating to transportation, tractor/trailer accidents, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation. In addition, she also works with individuals to help develop estate plans and handle family law matters.
Krizia has been at the forefront of personal injury matters as a trial attorney for the litigation team of Naman Howell. She is bilingual in Spanish and is proud to use her skills in assisting Spanish-speaking drivers when representing transportation carriers.
Krizia is very active in the community. She is a steering committee member of the Latina Leadership Institute, a program of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of Alfa International.
Krizia is a frequent speaker and lecturer on all things personal injury litigation and has been named a Super Lawyer and a Texas Rising Star.

Representative Matters
- Obtained a directed verdict after the Plaintiff’s case in chief during a trial in the 341st Judicial District in Webb County
- Obtained a total defense verdict/take nothing judgment for the plaintiff after a one-day trial in Bexar County. The Plaintiff brought a number of allegations including harassment, and a breach of contract claim that resulted in a vehicle repossession as well as allegations of punitive damages against the company
- Obtained a no liability and zero damages in a total defense verdict in four-day trial in the 131st Judicial District in Bexar County
