Justin is an associate attorney in the Houston office of Naman Howell. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, transportation litigation, and insurance defense. Justin has represented clients in first and third-party insurance claims involving personal injury/wrongful death, property damage, premises liability, and bad faith.
In addition to his litigation experience, Justin has assisted insurance carriers by preparing coverage opinions, conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), seeking declaratory judgments, and conducting fraud and arson investigations.
