Profile
James Fletcher is an associate in the Fort Worth office at Naman Howell focusing his practice on civil litigation, primarily insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability. James began his career as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Tarrant County, Texas, where he gained extensive trial experience by successfully prosecuting complex and dynamic cases. At Naman Howell, James defends his clients with the same prosecutorial focus, tenacity, and drive.
James is committed to providing effective and business-minded solutions along with honest and direct advice so that his clients obtain the best results. James works closely with his clients to understand their true concerns so that he can help them achieve their goals effectively and cost-efficiently. Using creative tactics and sharp attention-to-detail, James delivers value to his clients whenever possible during the litigation process. While litigation doesn’t always end in trial, James prepares every aspect of his cases with a jury in mind, welcoming the courtroom instead of running away from it.
James is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law where he was inducted into The Order of Barristers after leading his mock trial team to multiple state and national championships.
