Gabriel is a licensed attorney in Mexico and in Texas. He has experience in civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and immigration law. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Gabriel practiced in both public and private sectors, including over 4 years at the Public Defender's Office in Webb County. As an assistant public defender, he successfully tried a case and obtained a "Not Guilty" verdict for a client as first-chair. As an immigration lawyer, he has also obtained asylum approvals for clients, cancellation of removals, and family petitions granted. Gabriel is married to a fellow insurance defense attorney, and has2 kids (ages 2 and 4). He was born and raised in the Nuevo Laredo, Mexico-Laredo, Texas border.

In his leisure time, Gabriel enjoys reading Stephen King novels, history books, and American classics. he also enjoys running, playing paddle tennis, grilling, and spending time with his wife and two boys
