Paul Hubbard has represented banks and other businesses in real estate matters, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance issues, contracts, and related matters. He has practiced in bankruptcy courts, generally representing creditors. He has spoken in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial, and real estate law and bank regulations. He was a Contributing Editor to Bancompliance Systems’ “Regulatory Compliance Manual” and “Loan Underwriting and Documentation Manual.”
