Nick has been in the Firm’s Litigation section since he joined the firm in 1987.  He practices in both state and federal courts in matters involving farm liability claims, automobile, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, as well as property owner/occupier liability claims.

Beyond the Law

Nick grew up in West Texas, and attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas where he graduated magna cum laude in 1975. Following graduation he worked in his family’s franchised farm equipment dealerships until entering Texas Tech University School of Law in 1984. He graduated cum laude from Texas Tech in 1987.  He is a licensed pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings, and he continues to fly regularly in connection with his litigation work for the firm and also for his personal enjoyment.
