Mark Cooper is experienced in a broad variety of complex civil litigation. He has represented clients on both sides of the bar in matters involving personal injury and business litigation. He has extensive experience in matters relating to transportation accidents, personal injury, construction, design professional liability, and commercial litigation. Mark has lead catastrophic accident investigations involving buses and commercial vehicles. He routinely represents clients throughout Texas in both state and federal courts.

Mark served in the U.S. Marine Corps representing Marines in criminal matters. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal in recognition for his service.
