Kyle Knas is based in the Waco office of Naman Howell. His practice focuses on estate planning and probate. He regularly counsels clients on wealth planning including the preparation of wills, administration of trusts, financial and medical powers of attorney, and tax planning. He also advises beneficiaries and administrators through the probate process, including assisting in transferring property, handling complex probate matters, and preparing estate and gift tax returns.

Kyle also handles a variety of business matters, ranging from assisting in forming business entities, guiding clients through the purchase or sale of a business, drafting, and advising in the review of contracts for a business. Additionally, he guides clients on issues surrounding guardianships, including assisting individuals apply for guardianships and advising clients throughout the guardianship process.

Prior to joining Naman Howell, Kyle was a research assistant to Judge Ken Starr, Dean of the Pepperdine School of Law. Upon graduating from Pepperdine, he moved to Waco to continue working for Judge Starr as Special Assistant to the President at Baylor University. Kyle also serves as an adjunct professor at Baylor Law School.
