Grace focuses her practice on real estate finance and real property law, with an emphasis on property acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, development, and leasing. She has experience representing both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of transactional legal matters, particularly with respect to banking, finance, real estate, and reviewing and advising on due diligence matters related to corporate entity documents and reviewing title and survey issues.
