Naman Howell attorney Shane O’Dell, managing partner of the Fort Worth office, is scheduled to speak at the Trucking Law Seminar organized by the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Taking place in St. Louis, Missouri, from April 10-12, this year’s event will showcase industry experts from around the country, focusing on the theme “The Time is Now: Turning the Tide in Trucking Litigation.”

Mr. O’Dell will present on the topic ‘The Modern Woodshed: Making Your Witness a Star’ during the morning session on April 11th. Attendees can expect to hear about effectively utilizing a jury consult when preparing your key witnesses and transforming them into star witnesses. The session will also explore techniques to ensure that your driver and safety director can excel as witnesses during deposition and at trial.
