Attorney Scott Smyth has joined the Austin office of Naman Howell. He specializes in utility regulation and corporate transactional law, particularly in the areas of electricity, telecommunications, and technology law. He is an accomplished litigator and negotiator, having served as in-house counsel for multiple Austin-based technology companies for many years.

In his extensive legal career, he has successfully negotiated many complex high-impact contracts for various clients. During his time as in-house counsel, he was awarded with the “World Class Customer Satisfaction” distinction, as measured by an internationally recognized independent polling firm.

Scott received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years.
