Naman Howell Welcomes Attorney Cash Barker

The Fort Worth office of Naman Howell is proud to welcome attorney Cash Barker as their new associate. Mr. Barker is a graduate of Texas A&M School of Law, where he served as the Symposium Editor of the Texas A&M Law Review and as a student-attorney in the Texas A&M Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. Prior to joining Naman Howell, he was an associate attorney at Curnutt & Hafer, LLP, a trial boutique firm in Arlington.

His areas of practice are in civil litigation, construction law, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, premise liability, and transportation litigation. He will be a part of Partner Shane O’Dell’s litigation team.

“I am very excited to have him on board and I know he’ll be a great asset to the firm”, O’Dell said.

Cash also has ample experience in the agricultural industry, having obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University in Agricultural and Applied Economics. He has also served as a Research Fellow for the National Agricultural Law Society and has published written works on the National Agricultural Law Center.
