Naman Howell Elects New Equity Members

Naman Howell is proud to announce the election of Brad Dowell, Laura Greff, Krizia Landivar, Stephen Mack, and Andrew Stamper as Equity Members in the firm.

Brad Dowell is based in the firm’s Fort Worth office where his practice focuses primarily on personal injury, general litigation, and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2019 Brad spent 27 years at one of Fort Worth’s oldest and most respected firms where he spent many years as both a trial lawyer working numerous personal injury and general litigation matters, and also handling more complex managed care litigation.

Laura Greff is based in the firm’s Austin office where her practice focuses primarily on business and commercial law. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Laura served as Assistant General Counsel for the Employees Retirement System of Texas and practiced with several prominent firms in Texas after her graduation from The University of Texas School of Law. Laura has experience representing clients in a wide range of transactional legal matters, including general corporate, banking, finance and real estate. She also has broad experience in state government, technology and intellectual property matters.

Krizia Landivar is based in the firm’s San Antonio office where her practice focuses primarily on high exposure matters relating to transportation, tractor/trailer accidents, and commercial litigation. In addition, Krizia also works with individuals to help develop estate plans and handle family law matters. Her success in handling this array of different matters has earned her recognition as a Rising Star Lawyer.

Stephen Mack is based in the firm’s Austin office where his practice focuses primarily on electric, gas, and water utility transactions and regulation. Stephen has experience representing energy and utility clients in proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), the Texas Railroad Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings, the New Mexico Public Service Commission, the Colorado Public Service Commission, and a variety of Texas courts and Texas municipal proceedings. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Stephen served as a managing attorney for the Public Utility Commission of Texas.

Andrew Stamper is based in the firm’s San Antonio office where his practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation matters. He has represented clients in matters involving transportation, medical malpractice, construction, products liability, premises liability, and general negligence in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Andrew served in the United States Air Force representing the Air Force in civil and criminal matters as well as defending Airmen in criminal matters. He continues to serve as a Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve.
