From drafting, reviewing, or revising documents to avoid litigation, or revising current policies and procedures to attempt to avoid litigation and maximize risk transfer, Zach’s primary goal is to effectively and efficiently advise his clients to achieve the best result.

Zach primarily represents individuals and businesses in various transactions and litigation. Since graduating from law school in May of 2019, his areas of expertise span to a large variety of industries and practice areas including transportation, product liability, construction, construction defects, premises liability, franchise, restaurant and hospitality, manufacturing, general commercial liability, commercial litigation, workplace injury, nonsubscriber, professional liability, personal liability, first party property, bad faith, oil and gas, transactional, contractual disputes and drafting, bankruptcy, and business.

Zach enjoys spending time with his family and friends. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, golfing, pickleball, attending church, and cheering for the Ole Miss Rebels and LSU Tigers. He likes to incorporate service into his life as much as he can, whether that be through various charities or volunteering where he can provide a helping hand.
