Zach’s practice focuses primarily on premises liability, construction, insurance, general negligence, transactional, and commercial law. Zach also has experience with construction defect, product defect, and professional liability.
Zach went to Emory University School of Law where he excelled in the transactional certificate courses. During his time at Emory, Zach successfully placed as one of the top closing arguments in Emory’s prestigious trial advocacy courses.
In his years of practice, Zach has been a member of the Dallas Bar association where he participates in the Construction Law Section and Insurance Law Section.
