“And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. – Micah 6:8”
Noah Patrick’s practice is based in Waco and extends into the Austin office. He focuses primarily on corporate matters, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. He works hard to understand his clients’ goals and help them through the process of both business formation and operation in order to achieve them. A “Double Bear,” Noah graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in 2019 and Baylor Law School in 2022. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Noah worked as the Business and Transactional Law Associate at Baylor Law School. There, he spent a year working with and learning from several of the most well-respected business lawyers in Texas, as well as assisting business owners, start-ups, and non-profits as a staff attorney with the Baylor Law Entrepreneurship Clinic.
