Junior Executive Assistant - Austin
Naman Howell has an immediate opening for a part-time Junior Executive Assistant to support a busy legal practice. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized and proactive. This position has the ability to work remotely, but the candidate must be based in Austin. No prior legal experience is required.
This dynamic role involves managing expenses and travel arrangements, calendaring deadlines, running occasional errands around Austin (mileage is reimbursable), and streamlining daily operations to ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, particularly phone etiquette, and has the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
