Thomas D. Swann has worked extensively in the estate planning and probate
area since 1977. He prepares estate planning documents on a regular basis,
including wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and has handled a wide
variety of probate matters. He provides regular advice to a major Texas
public charity and has worked extensively with many individuals to develop
plans to reduce transfer taxes. He has also carried on a broad general
business practice.
