Nick Bray grew up in west Texas, and attended Angelo State University in
San Angelo, Texas where he graduated magna cum laude in 1975. Following
graduation he worked in one of his family’s franchised farm equipment
dealerships until entering Texas Tech University School of Law in 1984.
He graduated cum laude from Texas Tech in 1987. In August 1987, he came
to work in the firm practicing in the litigation section. Nick practices
in both state and federal courts in matters involving automobile, motorcycle,
and truck accidents, slip and fall, product liability, and other tort
claims. His practice also includes litigation concerning employment matters
and consumer and commercial claims. His practice also involves the handling
of workers’ compensation matters, which includes all aspects of
the administrative process before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division
of Workers Compensation and litigation in state court. He is licensed
to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, in the U.S. District
Court for the Northern, Western and Southern District of Texas, and in
the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Nick is also a licensed pilot with
instrument and multi-engine ratings.
