Jeffrey Armstrong has a broad practice that includes business organizations,
business litigation, probate litigation, and family law. As both a certified
public accountant and an attorney, he is uniquely qualified to advise
his clients on both transactions as well as litigation. Mr. Armstrong’s
clients include municipalities and local governments, physician practices,
local and statewide businesses, and various individuals. His practice
is usually evenly split between probate/probate litigation, family law,
and business law. Mr. Armstrong is able to counsel his clients on the
vast majority of issues they face, whether it involves appearing at the
courthouse, negotiating a beneficial contract or settlement, or on the
legal and tax consequences of potential business decisions.
Prior to beginning his law career, Mr. Armstrong was employed as a certified
public accountant by Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP. Mr. Armstrong serves
as an adjunct professor at Baylor University School of Law at different
times. Mr. Armstrong became a partner with Naman Howell Smith & Lee,
PLLC in 2009.
