Charles Barrow has broad experience in all areas of real estate law, including
contracts, leases, construction, subdivision, development, like kind exchanges,
title disputes, zoning, condemnation, oil and gas and other mineral matters,
and financing, including mortgage loans, foreclosures, and workouts, as
well as banking, commercial, and environmental law. He has lectured on
real estate, foreclosure, and environmental law, and is a co-editor of
manuals on banking regulations and loan underwriting and documentation.
