Erik Krudop joined the firm in 2014. He is experienced in a broad variety
of complex civil litigation. He has represented clients on both sides
of the bar in matters involving premises liability, general negligence,
and product liability. Erik also defends employers against claims of discrimination,
sexual harassment, wrongful termination, violation of the Family and Medical
Leave Act, public or healthcare employee whistleblower, workers’
compensation retaliation, and wage and hour violations in federal and
state court. He also represents employers in matters pending with the
EEOC, the Texas Commission on Human Rights and the Labor Department. He
routinely represents clients throughout Texas in both state and federal courts.
Erik graduated in 2000 from The University of Houston School of Law,
cum laude. Prior to attending law school, Erik earned a degree in English with a
minor in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
