Cash Barker focuses his practice in the areas of construction, real estate, oil and gas, and commercial litigation. He regularly counsels and advises clients on corporate and real estate transactional matters.

Prior to joining Naman Howell, Cash represented companies on a multitude of litigation and transactional matters. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served as the Symposium Editor of the Texas A&M Law Review and as a student-attorney in the Texas A&M Entrepreneurship Law Clinic.

Cash also has a background in agricultural science, earning his Bachelor of Science Degree is Agricultural and Applied Economics at Texas Tech University. Additionally, he has served as a research fellow for the National Agricultural Law Society and has been published in the National Agricultural Law Center.
