Madison Naylor Preston concentrates her practice in civil and commercial litigation including transportation, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance defense, employment disputes, and construction defect litigation. She manages each case she is assigned with a strategic eye and her client's best interest in mind, and she is regularly called upon to evaluate challenging legal issues and develop litigation strategies for her clients. Madison has successfully defended individuals and commercial carriers in wrongful death, personal injury, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act lawsuits. She has assisted clients with resolving disputes and lawsuits through mediation and jury trials.

Madison is a cum laude graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she was an officer of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, an octa-finalist in the Linda & Dave Schlueter Moot Court Competition and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List several semesters. Prior to law school she obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society, and was also recognized on the Dean’s Honor List several semesters.
