Jacqueline Perrin practices administrative and corporate law, serving a
variety of businesses, including utilities and renewable energy companies.
Jacqueline regularly handles matters before the Public Utility Commission
of Texas, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the State
Office of Administrative Hearings.
For utility clients, Jacqueline assists with matters relating to condemnation,
certificates of convenience and necessity, permitting, licensing, and
enforcement. For business clients, her work involves wide-ranging governance
and real estate matters. She also assists with clients’ legislative needs.
Before becoming an attorney, Jacqueline worked as a professional classical
pianist, performing, teaching, and consulting for orchestras. She got
her B.M. in Piano Performance from the Butler School of Music at the University
of Texas at Austin and went right across the street to get her law degree
a few years later.
