Clifton Bowling joined the firm in 2006. He has worked with a variety of
clients, from individuals and small businesses to multi-national companies
and public utilities. Clifton enjoys assisting clients with forming and
running entities and buying and selling businesses. He also has extensive
experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of
contracts, including service agreements, construction contracts, software
agreements, and commercial loan agreements.
