Angela Koke practices in the municipal finance area with an emphasis in housing finance. She has worked primarily as bond counsel representing both state and local issuers in public finance transactions involving both private placements and credit-enhanced public offerings of tax-exempt securities. Her practice primarily involves conduit financings for single and multifamily housing and has included representation of issuers and indenture trustees. Ms. Koke also has acted as general counsel to local housing finance corporations and county housing authorities in structuring other general finance transactions. Prior to joining Naman Howell in 2004, Ms. Koke served as an associate in the public finance department of Vinson & Elkins, LLP, Austin, Texas.
