Mr. White is in the trial section of the firm. He joined the firm in February of 2005 after spending over 20 years handling trials and appeals in Central Texas. Mr. White handles civil appeals on both sides of the docket, and is often called upon by other lawyers to handle appeals of substantial cases. He has been lead counsel in over 50 reported cases in State and Federal Court, and has argued numerous cases before the Texas Supreme Court, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and most of the 14 intermediate appellate courts in Texas. Mr. White has taught courses on Federal Procedure, Torts, Business Litigation and Appeals at Baylor Law School, and has taught a Seminar course on the United States Supreme Court for almost 10 years. He is also a frequent speaker at Continuing Education courses on Civil Rights, Eminent Domain and Education Law.
