Stuart Smith primarily practices business litigation, employment litigation, and governmental liability defense. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Upon completion from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Hill of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Following the clerkship, he spent one year teaching at an Anglican Trade School in Kenya before joining the firm.
