Clark Aspy is licensed in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He has tried and handles cases in the areas of personal injury/negligence, products liability, construction disputes, DTPA/business claims, employment discrimination, and real estate litigation in various courts around the state. Mr. Aspy is also active in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both as a participant and a facilitator. He has completed the 40 hour basic training course for certification as a mediator and the "Redress" training required for U.S.P.S. mediations. He is an approved arbitrator for the Western District of Texas and has served as a mediator in hundreds of cases.
