The general business section of Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, L.L.P. assists the firm's individual and business clients with their varied business activities. The section's attorneys are frequently involved in helping clients structure business transactions and in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of documents, including contracts for acquiring or providing services; contracts for the lease, acquisition or disposition of land or equipment; and documents relating to the organization or disposition of business entities.
General business lawyers advise and consult with clients in dealing with regulatory agencies and in resolving business disputes. The business section attorneys may conduct or assist the litigation section with business litigation.
