The firm has a diversified public finance practice and is engaged in many aspects of municipal finance with experience in advising regional and local governments and public authorities in issuing debt under federal and state law. The public finance clients of the firm include local governments, city and county finance corporations, housing authorities and other conduit issuers of public securities. The firm represents municipal co-developers of affordable housing, corporate banks and indenture trustees as well as hospitals and other special financing districts. The firm has been engaged in public policy matters on legislative affairs affecting clients. The firm has also been engaged by a variety of government entities in borrowings backed by their general tax revenues.
