Tom Normand has over 40 years' experience in the practice of law, with special emphasis in probate and estate planning, including litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and author on matters relating to probate and estate planning. He previously served as an adjunct lecturer in Estate Administration at Baylor University School of Law. Mr. Normand also serves as an appointed or agreed mediator in litigation matters, particularly those involving estate and trusts.
