Samuel C. Fulcher

Sam Fulcher joined Naman Howell in March 2007.  A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Fulcher's practice primarily focuses on real estate law and general business law.  Mr. Fulcher's real estate practice includes the preparation of contracts for sales, leases, construction projects and associated financing documents.  Mr. Fulcher's business practice includes advising his clients with respect to the selection, formation and maintenance of various business entities.  Mr. Fulcher also represents clients in various civil matters.

Raised in Belton, Mr. Fulcher has strong ties to the Central Texas community.   Mr. Fulcher and his family reside in Temple, where they are actively involved at Temple Bible Church .  Time and weather permitting, Mr. Fulcher enjoys hunting, fishing and participating in  church league sports.
