He practices in bankruptcy courts, generally representing creditors. He has spoken in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial, and real estate law and bank regulations. He was a Contributing Editor to Bancompliance Systems' 'Regulatory Compliance Manual' and 'Loan Underwriting and Documentation Manual.'
