Nancy Morrison chose the legal profession as her second career after having taught English for eleven years. She has worked full time in civil litigation since she joined the firm in 1989, litigating major cases in both state and federal court. With primary emphasis on medical malpractice defense, Ms. Morrison's litigation experience has also included matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment disputes, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, bad faith, business disputes, and governmental liability. Ms. Morrison also has extensive experience in research, briefing, and motion practice.
