Kerry L. Haliburton
Kerry Haliburton practices in all areas of environmental law. He devotes the majority of his time to environmental regulatory compliance issues and toxic tort defense. Mr. Haliburton also has a broad range of experience in assisting clients regarding environmental matters generally, permitting, administrative enforcement, environmental litigation and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Haliburton advises clients on a regular basis regarding environmental due diligence, OSHA issues, selection of consultants, and environmental audits. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Haliburton's practice also involves the general representation of a wide range of commercial and business enterprises, and includes litigation and arbitration in the area of construction, bankruptcy and banking law.
