Jordan Mayfield is licensed in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He has handled cases in the areas of Texas motor vehicle law, personal injury/negligence, products liability, construction disputes, DTPA/business litigation, employment discrimination, and toxic tort defense. He has represented motor vehicle dealerships across the State of Texas, and has defended hundreds of cases/matters involving issues with arising under the federal Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z, the Texas Transportation Code, the Texas Business and Commerce Code, and the Texas Finance Code as they relate to motor vehicle law.
