J.K. Leonard

J.K. Leonard focuses his practice on product liability and injury litigation, civil and commercial litigation, and professional malpractice.   He routinely appears throughout the state and represents manufacturers of recreational products, consumer goods, electrical supply and distribution products, process automation equipment, construction and agricultural equipment, industrial equipment and automotive systems and accessories in product liability litigation. His practice also includes commercial litigation including real estate disputes, banking/commercial disputes and the defense of construction disputes, non-medical professional liability claims and trucking incidents. He is a past Chairman of ALFA International, a global legal network based in Chicago, Illinois, comprised of approximately 145 member law firms world-wide.  Mr. Leonard frequently lectures for clients and trade associations on issues related to both preventative and litigation issues.
