David L. Ortega

David is a bilingual native of San Antonio, Texas. He routinely handles complex product liability and commercial litigation for some of the country’s largest corporations.  He also represents several transportation and oil and gas companies.  David has tried a variety of lawsuits and represents clients across the country.

David took a four-year hiatus (2000-2004) from private practice to serve as the Executive Vice-President of one of the largest, privately held truckload companies in the country.  He was responsible for the company’s daily operation and its 2,000 employees.  David’s experience as a business executive gave him tremendous insight to corporate operation that has proven invaluable to his daily practice.
