Clifton Bowling joined the firm in 2006. He has worked with a variety of clients, from individuals and small businesses to multi-national companies. Clifton enjoys assisting clients with forming and running entities, and he has experience in buying and selling both small and multi-million dollar businesses. He also has experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of agreements, from simple service agreements and buy-sell agreements to complex software agreements and commercial leases.
