Cara M. Chase
Cara's practice is focused exclusively on elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship and trust law. In addition to experience in counseling clients with both simple and complex estates and drafting traditional estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, Cara also assists clients with medicaid applications, long term care planning and asset protection.
Cara is a frequent lecturer on elder law topics to both professional and community groups in Central Texas, including the Baylor People's Law School, the Waco McLennan County Bar Association, the Area Agency on Aging, local nursing homes and non-profit organizations.
