Blair K. McCartney
Blair McCartney joined the firm in September 2011 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law. Her practice primarily focuses on civil litigation and administrative law.
Before joining the firm, Blair served as a summer clerk with The Honorable Thad Heart field of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and with the University of Texas System- Office of General Counsel. She also worked with the University of Texas School of Law’s Children’s Rights Clinic, in which she acted as a student attorney ad item for children in six active CPS cases in various hearings before the court.
